Presentation skills training London: how our courses work

We’ve noticed an uptick in online searches for presentation skills training London.

Why?

Personally, I believe because more people than ever are recognising its importance.

Across technology, business, and politics, it’s the best communicators who get ahead.

It’s the people who know how to command a room. Speakers who people instantly tune into.

These are techniques you can learn.

Presenting is a skill you can practice.

It’s what we’ve demonstrated on courses in London since 1989.

Read on for how we can help you.

What we do

Our courses are designed around one thing.

Building your confidence.

That’s often at the heart of a speaker’s issues.

They know their topic. They understand their audience.

But they lack the belief that they can deliver the goods.

Together, we’ll unpick why that is.

And we’ll give you new strategies for dealing with the critical voice in your head.

From there, it’s about giving you simple rules you can follow for every presentation you ever give.

These are focused on key building blocks, like jargon, structure, and positivity.

Through real-life video examples and group exercises, you’ll see how these apply to you.

How we do it

Now you’ve got the foundational skills, it’s time to build your presentation.

We’ll give you time to prepare to speak to an audience of your choice.

Putting our rules into practice, you’ll then deliver a shortened presentation to us.

We’ll record this so we can watch it back together.

Here, we’ll demonstrate that there’s a clear difference between how we feel versus how it went.

Watching your presentation back can be challenging.

In our experience, it’s the single best way to keep improving.

It shows you what the audience saw.

And it helps you discover what you’re doing well.

As well as what you can still keep improving.

Over the course of our session, we’ll repeat this exercise at least once.

It’s vital to building that self-belief and confidence in your presenting.
