You may feel the last thing you need when when a major incident engulfs your organisation is for the media to arrive on your doorstep. But we simulate just that to test your handling of communications.
We’ve been running emergency exercises for 25 years in Scotland, across the UK…even in Azerbaijan!
You choose the scenario – and give us the date. We’ll pull together a team of experienced newspaper, radio and TV journalists. We’ll hire actors as concerned residents…and camera crews as required. And we make sure simulated social media goes mad. Then when you fire the starting pistol, we’ll chase the story…make hundreds of phone calls…doorstep interviewees…and run riot in a news conference or two.
Why? Because that’s what happens for real – and you need to know that your communications team can take the heat. And your spokespeople can make a bad situation better through authoritative interviews.
Oil producers, chemical engineering plants and port authorities have used us down the years for such exercises. We then simulate newspaper articles, radio reports and TV pieces…as well as a full written report with recommendations.
The tutors have a great attitude and result-orientated method.

Having recently benefited from media training with Pink Elephant, I can fully recommend their services. Andrew and Marjory were engaging tutors who made the day both educational and fun for us all. Practising the art of avoiding Pink Elephants is something I now practice daily thanks to their training! Overall a high-energy, thought-provoking day.

I was impressed from the outset […]

I really enjoyed the afternoon session with Bill. Lots of relatable stories that have stayed with me and made me aware of how much more impactful I can be by following some basic principles.

Some media trainers knock you down…and leave you down. Our media coaches show you how to deal with each knock…and still win through. So you have the presentation skills to perform – with confidence.
