Pink Elephant Communications: Frequently Asked Questions
These are the questions we are asked most when it comes to our work in the communications industry.
1. Can everyone be helped?
Of course.
Can we magically transform your ability to communicate? No.
You need to do the work outside of the training room for our teachings to work.
Do that then, absolutely, you can improve.
2. Communication is an art form isn’t it? Some people are just good?
No.
Some people are more confident than others, sure.
That often leaves people with the impression that there are certain “natural born” public speakers, and others who should avoid the task forever.
In reality, even the most confident speakers have nerves.
Communication is a science. It can be taught.
3. Is it better to come in a group or 1-1?
This is entirely personal.
Some people want 1-1 time with our expert trainers, some people feel it’s more beneficial to have their entire team take part.
We’ll work with you to determine which option is best for your needs.
4. Can I come back if I feel I still need more help?
Absolutely!
We always recommend a refresher six months to a year after completing the course.
It’s helpful to keep things fresh.
5. Can you come to our offices?
We certainly can.
We offer training from our offices in Glasgow’s Pollok Park, we can visit you or we can train virtually.
We’ve travelled to more than 35 countries to deliver all kinds of training and we’d be delighted to join you next.
